SeventySix Capital Portfolio Company Quintar closes Series A round

Off the heels of its Apple Vision Pro success, mixed reality company Quintar has closed an $8.2M Series A round. Centre Court Capital, a venture capital fund focused on sports and gaming, made a significant investment in the fundraising. The round was led by SeventySix Capital and Cowles Company with participation from Ryan Sports, Gametime Capital and Capital 11. The investment also comes with the addition of Centre Court Capital general partner Mustafa Ghouse to the Quintar board.

Quintar has experienced steady success since its founding in 2021. The company began creating augmented reality experiences for fans at PGA Tour events which led to Quintar being named the official mobile AR and XR developer of the PGA Tour. In February, the PGA Tour launched PGA Tour Vision for Apple Vision Pro. The app, developed by Quintar, increased its spatial computing coverage of tournaments since its debut, covering every hole of last month’s Players Championship. Quintar has also worked with Turner Sports, NBA Digital and Intel Sports.
