The Partnership’s goal is to expand Nick’s House locations across the country
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA (February 13, 2025) — SeventySix Capital, a leading venture capital company investing in next-generation technology companies within the asset class of sports, is thrilled to announce its partnership with the HEADstrong Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by cancer through residential, emotional, and financial support, which was founded in 2007 by the late Nicholas “Nick” Colleluori.
HEADstrong operates Nick’s House, a haven of comfort for families seeking comprehensive cancer care.
Nick was diagnosed as a freshman at Hofstra University with Diffuse Large B-Cell non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, a blood cancer affecting the lymphatic system. Nick quickly became a leader on Hofstra’s lacrosse team, and through his fight with cancer, he launched the blueprint for the HEADstrong Foundation, leveraging sports as a vehicle to help others battling cancer and in a similar situation.
Nick’s House provides over 5,000 complimentary nights of care yearly to families undergoing treatment at hospitals in the greater Boston and Philadelphia metro areas. Since its inception, HEADstrong has helped over 37,000 families and raised over $36 million.
